Some guidelines for your reference:
When you are given a picture, remember to do the following:
DESCRIBE – this is the first stage of Picture Description.
Describe in general what you see.
1) Describe the scene.
For example, start by saying:
"This is a scene of a bedroom."
"This picture shows the scene of a bedroom."
" This picture depicts the scene of a bedroom."
2) Describe the number of people in the scene, their gender and their ages.
For example:
"There are two children here. One is a boy while the other is a girl.
The boy seems to be in his early teens while the girl is perhaps 7 years old."

2) Give your opinion.
For example:
"In my opinion, the girl is truly inconsiderate. Her brother should even tell her off."
3) Put yourself in the picture.

"If I were the boy, I would firmly tell my sister to play somewhere else."

There are alot of people and tourists here.Some people here are going for a holiday and some people have just arrived in Singapore!There is a huge group of tourists here.The tour guide is waiting for some of his tour members to join him.In the group of tourists,some of them come from different countries.Not far from them,a man who is pushing a trolley of luggages is going into the departure hall.Beside him,a woman with long hair is getting ready to board the plane,there is alot of luggages on the trolley that she is pushing.Behind her,a women and her family is going for a vacation,her son,has brought along his teddy bear as he cannot bear to leave his teddy bear at home while he is on vacation.Not far from them, a man wearing a thick coat and a hat is also going for a holiday.At the airport,there are people arriving and departing,the airport is really a busy place.

As you can see there are alot of students here,they are having their annual sports day.There are nurses here just incase anyone gets hurt.The nurses come from the hospital Red cross.Beside them,there is a table where they put the medals and awards.Not far from the table of awards,there is a group of pupils getting ready to run.Infront of them,there is a teacher using a loudspeaker to make some announcements.Behind him,some pupils are taking part in the shot put event.Behind them,some pupils are cheering for the pupils who took part in the racing event,the race has just ended!

People from other countries, people who are going for a holiday, people who come for a visit at the airport and people from Singapore came back from their holidays or work at other countries. There are a lot of tourists at the airport. Some of them come from other countries. A man pushing a trolley is walking to the departure. I think he is going to take an airplane. A boy walking walking with his parents and baby brother holding his teddy bear came back from his holidays. I think he can't leave his bear at home and had to bring it along. Not far from
them, a man wearing a coat and a hat is happily walking out of the airport as he has came back from his vacation. The airport is really a busy and crowded place.

This is a daily scene of our busy Changi International Airport. It is always crowded with people.
Most of the tourists,of all ages from other countries come and go at the airport to go on a vacation, business trips or visiting friends/relatives . All of them were carrying various sizes of bags and luggages . A middle-age man, wearing a jacket and a pair of pants is pushing a trolley heading towards the Departure Hall and waiting for the time to board his flight. A young boy in stripe T-shirt, walking with his parents and baby brother is holding onto his favourite teddy bear. It seemed that he can't bear to leave his teddy bear at home and had to bring it along with him.
Not far from them, a young man wearing a brown office coat and a black hat is happily walking out of the airport as he has just return from his holiday trip. The airport is indeed a very busy place.

This is a scene of a departure hall in an airport. It is bustling with activity.
Underneath a banner that reads 'Tour', there is a big group of tourists standing together with a tour guide. The group consists of males and females, both young and old. They are dressed in summer atire, except the tour guide who is wearing a long-sleeved jersey. The tour group might be leaving to go to a tropical country. Many of them are wearing smiles on their faces, suggesting that they are excited about where they are going. The might also be thinking of what they will do once they arrive at their destination. The men carrying cameras also show that they are very eager to take photos of their trip. The group is probably waiting for the last members to arrive so that they can go off. Judging from where the tour guide is looking, their group is waiting for the man and his wife and children heading towards it from the right of the picture. Thus, the group might also be smiling in relief that they will not miss their plane. I think they are kind people to not lose their patience and hurry the latecomers.
There is a man, his wife and his child are heading towards the tour group hurriedly because they do not want the grou to wait for them. The guy is wearing a long-sleeved checked shirt, his son is wearing a stripe shirt and the wife is wearing a dress with flowers. The husband is carrying all their luggages, the boy is dragging along his teddy bear and the mother is carrying a baby. They are all anxious because they are afraid what the tour group might be thinking of them but the baby is smiling because he does not know what is going on. This family is here because they are going for a holiday. The family should be happy because they are going on a vacation. In my opinion, the boy should not drag his bear along as there are a lot of gems on it and he should bug it instead. The father should put all their heavy luggages on a trolley because it is convenient. The mother should put the baby in a stroller as well for her convenience. Is I were the husband, I will be punctual and not let the tour group members wait for his family.
Beside the family, there is a guy wearing a long-sleeved shirt and a cap. The guy is smiling and probably is going on a trip.
This person looks like a detective to me. In my opinion, I think the man should not wear cap because people may think this mysterious-looking guy is suspicious. If I were the guy, I will dress myself very normally because I do not want people to suspect me.
Under a banner that shows 'Departure', there is a guy pushing the trolley with his luggages. He is wearing a long-sleeved jersey and he is smiling maybe because he has enjoyed his holiday abroad. To me he is like leaving the airport. If I were the guy, I will go to that same old place again to bring back nice memories.
Behind the family who is late, there is a lady alone. The lady is pushing a trolley with her luggages on it and is probably wearing a dress and happy maybe she is thinking of her coming holiday trip. She is in a happy mood as probably she is able to take long leave from office and go on a long vacation. If I were this lady, I will go on a holiday whenever I can and bring my family along.
