1) Action - Lance is pushing Arul into the water.
Consequences - Lance could drown Arul. Their playful acts could lead to rough play, putting both their lives in danger.
2) Action - Haron is leaning too far out of the bumboat.
Consequences - A sudden jerk of the bumboat, or a strong wave, coupled with the speed of the boat, could throw Haron into the sea.
3) Action - Eileen is ignoring the posted sign warning people not to swim in the quarry waters.
Consequences - Eileen may find herself in very deep water due to steep drop-offs in the quarry floor. She may get entangled in water plants and other water debris.
4) Action - Arul is sitting at the edge of the canal to fish.
Consequences - Arul could slip and fall into the canal. A sudden and rapid rise in the water level could sweep Arul away.
5) Action - Ting Ting is swimming alone, and on a beach without lifeguards. She is also swimming beyond the marked boundaries.
Consequences - Ting Ting could get into trouble in the water due to strong currents or a sudden drop in the seabed and there would be no one to help her.
6) Action - Eileen and Lance are running along the breakwater.
Consequences - Eileen and Lance could trip and fall, hurting themselves. A trip could also send them tumbing into the water.
Lesson 2 - Dangerours Waters (Pg 32)
1) James and Marcus could have avoided the accident by fishing at a proper fishing area such as a fish farm - a canal is a dangerous place to fish at.

Prevention - Ensure that electrical wires and cables are kept in good condition. If they are damaged, they should be replaced.

Prevention - Place lit candles and oil lamps on flat and steady surfaces away from flammable items such as curtains or paper.

Mr Ang, Lesson 3 - answer 3 has a grammar mistake. At sentence 2 of answer 3.
She should wait for the lifeguard to return.
The she is supposed to be he.
Another mistake also in lesson 3 in answer 5 second word.
